Head over to www.expertel.ca/buyback and fill in the form to get an online quote. You’ll need to provide us with the number, make and model, and condition of your devices. You’ll get a rough estimate from us instantly.
We will follow up the online estimate with a formal quote within 24 hours of you submitting the form online at www.expertel.ca/buyback.
Our trade in values are valid for 30 days. After that, we’ll need to redo your quote.
No. All we need is the device, its battery and its battery cover. If you have anything else, please send it – but it won’t affect your quote.
Within 10 days of receiving your devices, Expertel will issue you with a cheque.
We’ll send you packaging and mailing instructions along with our official quote. You’ll receive all this within 24 hours after you fill in the form at www.expertel.ca/buyback.
